MiCiM is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large‑scale construction projects in the Data Centre and Mission Critical sectors across Europe. You will coordinate with clients, senior project leadership, and contractors to ensure delivery from inception to handover, on time and on budget.

The role emphasises leadership, mentorship of junior staff, effective stakeholder management, and sound financial oversight.

• Managed medium to large-scale construction projects from conception through to completion.
• Led and mentored junior project managers and teams.
• Managed stakeholder expectations and contract knowledge.

• Provide leadership throughout all project phases from inception to handover.
• Own and drive project timeline to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans (PEPs).
• Manage the project team and lead performance evaluations.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to foster excellence.
• Identify stakeholders and plan strategies to meet their needs.
• Oversee project budgets, payment applications, and client value-for-money.
• Represent client interests with the Professional Team and Contractors.
