Borgo Santo Pietro Lifestyle Group in Tuscany is seeking a Spa Director to shape the growth of the Spa & Wellness offering at Relais Borgo Santo Pietro. You will lead the Spa & Wellness team and ensure experiences reflect the property's distinctive identity and high standards.

• At least 5+ years of experience in managing spa, wellness or luxury hospitality environments.

As part of the upcoming opening of the new Seed to Skin Spa at Relais Borgo Santo Pietro, we are seeking a Spa Director to shape the continued growth of the Spa & Wellness offering, ensuring that every element of the experience reflects the distinctive identity and standards of the Borgo.

From the quality and evolution of treatments to the guest journey, team culture, and daily operation, the Spa Director will be instrumental in creating an environment where wellbeing is delivered with authenticity, expertise, and exceptional attention to detail. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a dynamic wellness professional who combines a deep understanding of the luxury spa industry with strong operational leadership, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for creating meaningful guest experiences.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence the direction of one of Borgo Santo Pietro’s most distinctive pillars, while leading its team and ensuring excellence across every aspect of the Spa & Wellness operation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead and develop the Spa & Wellness team, overseeing performance management, coaching and succession planning to build a motivated and high-performing team.
• Oversee the overall Spa operation, ensuring seamless coordination of treatments, wellness programmes, facilities, appointments and guest services in line with the highest standards of service and presentation.
• Drive the Spa’s financial performance, managing budgets, costs, revenues and commercial initiatives while identifying opportunities to maximise profitability and operational efficiency.
• Shape and enhance the Spa experience together with the global Seed to Skin team, developing tailored wellness concepts, treatments and programmes that respond to guest expectations and reflect the property’s positioning.
• Ensure consistent quality and compliance, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety and service while ensuring all treatments, procedures and wellness programmes meet LQA standards.
• Manage external partners, suppliers, inventory and retail activities, ensuring the effective provision of products, equipment and services while supporting retail performance and revenue growth.
• Monitor operational and commercial performance, preparing regular reports and reviews for senior leadership, analysing market and competitor trends, and identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
