Job summary

Jumeirah Capri Palace is seeking a Spa Manager for the 2027 summer season. You will oversee daily spa operations, ensure standards, manage shifts, and keep guest administration accurate, delivering a flawless guest experience.

You will coordinate VIP, Dignitary, and VVIP guests, promote memberships, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with safety and privacy regulations while driving revenue through up-selling and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Managed daily spa operations, ensured facilities meet standards, shifts arranged efficiently, and guest administration accurate.
• Ensure guest experience aligns with luxury standards, overseeing safety measures, and maintaining guest confidentiality.
• Primary contact for dignitaries, VIP, and VVIP guests, coordinating spa experiences and hospitality.
• Handle guest interactions with professionalism, accommodate special requests, address concerns promptly.
• Contributes strategies for spa, fitness, and membership offerings, develop professional and retail programs, and promote memberships.
• Implement and monitor up-selling strategies to maximize revenue from spa and wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with spa operation legislation, maintaining high service standards and regulations.
• Manage spa staff schedules, payroll records, training, coaching, and mentoring, and update colleague files.
• Control inventory, storage, and departmental assets, conduct inventories, and manage operational costs.
• Hold regular departmental meetings, update training materials, liaise with maintenance for facility issues, and manage spa-related purchase orders and expenses.
