Job summary

Jumeirah Capri Palace seeks a passionate Assistant Manager Reservations for the 2027 summer season to ensure top-tier guest service and revenue performance. You will collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations to maximize opportunities while maintaining high service standards.

The role involves supervising daily reservation tasks, addressing guest inquiries, training staff, and driving continuous improvement in operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performance aligned with Reservations KPI objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations teams to maximize revenue opportunities and minimize operational inefficiencies.
• Supervise and ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to reservations, audits, revenue, compliance, visas, and group bookings.
• Identify and escalate risks related to revenue, finance, and guest experience to senior management for proactive resolution.
• Monitor and resolve guest complaints promptly by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Keep the department updated with property information, service offerings, new rates, and selling strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Motivate the reservations team to achieve high service levels and operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct training for new colleagues and oversee the completion of all business training requirements, ensuring personal development plans are in place for all team members.
• Regularly assess team performance, provide coaching and feedback, conduct performance reviews, and ensure adherence to KPIs and standards.
