Mandarin Oriental, Milan is seeking a Chef de Rang to join the 2-Michelin Star Set a by Antonio Guida. Based at Mandarin Oriental, Milan, you will assist the restaurant team to provide impeccable service at all times and report to the Restaurant Manager.

You will be responsible for professional service, maintaining high quality standards, mise en place, and supporting events while adhering to HACCP hygiene guidelines.

Competenze

• Speak, read and communicate in English and Italian.
• Previous experience in a food & beverage environment, ideally in a high-end, luxury establishment.
