Costa Crociere S.p.A. cerca un Sound Technician per il dipartimento Shipside, a bordo delle navi, responsabile della gestione e consegna dell'audio per spettacoli, lounge e eventi.

Il ruolo richiede almeno 1 anno di esperienza, conoscenza della console DiGiCo e inglese minimo B1. Offriamo una posizione a tempo pieno a bordo con contratto di durata 4–6 mesi.

Formación

• Diploma di scuola secondaria.
• Almeno 1 anno di esperienza in Servizio Tecnico o Teatri.
• Conoscenza della console audio (preferibilmente modelli DiGiCo).
• Conoscenza dell'inglese livello minimo B1.
• Buone capacità di attenzione ai dettagli e rispetto degli standard di qualità.
• Mentalità collaborativa e capacità di lavorare in team.
• Approccio proattivo e orientato alla risoluzione di problemi.

Responsabilidades

• Supporto durante prove, spettacoli ed eventi a bordo, garantendo una gestione audio fluida.
• fornitura di supporto sonoro per teatri, lounge, piscine e altre aree intrattenimento.
• Allestimento e smontaggio dell'attrezzatura necessaria per le esibizioni e attività a bordo.
• Gestione, manutenzione e monitoraggio delle attrezzature audio per prestazioni ottimali.
• Risoluzione di problemi tecnici e segnalazione di malfunzionamenti per una rapida risoluzione.
• Collaborare con artisti e team di bordo per garantire esperienze di intrattenimento di successo.

What You Will Do

As a Sound Technician, you will be at the heart of every performance, delivering the sound experience that brings entertainment to life.

Show Operations & Live Entertainment

• Support rehearsals, live shows and onboard events, ensuring seamless audio delivery and outstanding guest experiences.
• Provide sound support for theatres, lounges, pools and other entertainment venues.
• Set up and dismantle equipment required for performances, guest activities and visiting artists.

Audio Systems & Technical Excellence

• Operate, maintain and monitor sound equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and report equipment malfunctions to support fast resolution.
• Perform routine maintenance and support external suppliers during extraordinary interventions.
• Manage equipment inventories and ensure all required materials are available for onboard activities.

Collaboration & Teamwork

• Work closely with artists, performers and onboard teams to deliver successful entertainment experiences.
• Support the Entertainment Technical Manager in planning and executing entertainment activities.
• Contribute to a collaborative, proactive and solution-oriented work environment.

Safety & Professional Standards

• Follow safety procedures and operational standards in all activities.
• Promote a strong safety culture while maintaining the highest professional and technical standards.

Who You Are

Required

• Secondary school diploma.
• At least 1 year experience in Technical Service or Theatre.
• Knowledge of Sound Console (DiGiCo models preferably).
• English knowledge (at least B1 level).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges and problem solving.

Nice to Have

• Previous onboard experience is considered an advantage.

Salary range

Gross annual salary starts from 18.653€. To that amount shall be added variable items, when applicable.
