Job Description

Join us in Genoa as IT Project and Delivery Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in the functional and delivery governance of the Payments services, combining IT Project Management skills with a strong Product Manager mindset.

You will be driving the execution of project initiatives, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, with the expected quality and in line with business needs.

You will contribute to business-critical projects that align with standard payment processes while addressing the specific requirements of the cruise industry.

Act as the key link between Business and IT, translating business needs into effective application solutions and overseeing their end-to-end delivery, from requirements definition to production release. The role ensures coordination across internal IT teams and external vendors, while guaranteeing quality, timelines, security, compliance and operational effectiveness.

Business Requirements & Solution Definition

You will understand and clarify business needs in collaboration with the Demand team.

You will support the translation of business requirements into clear, structured, and actionable functional and technical specifications.

End-to-End Application Delivery & Vendor Management

You will manage initiatives across the entire delivery lifecycle, from requirements definition and solution validation through release, including functional testing and UAT.

You will coordinate vendors, software providers, and system integrators, ensuring quality, timelines, and expected outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with Operations and Infrastructure teams to ensure effective deployment, monitoring, and production support.

IT Governance, Security & Compliance

You will ensure application solutions comply with relevant regulatory, security, and control requirements, ensuring compliance with SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR, and internal Corporate standards.

What Makes You Unique

• 5-10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Lead complex projects in international contexts where business needs were translated into scalable finance solutions
• Proven experience with payment solutions, payment processes and related application platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
• Fluency in English and experience working in dynamic, international and cross-functional environments.
