JD.COM is seeking a Sorting Operations Manager – Process & Safety in Milano, Italy to lead full‑process sorting operations on site and ensure safety compliance. You will develop and optimize SOPs, oversee safety controls, and drive efficiency across receiving, feeding, scanning, sorting, bagging and dispatching.

You have 5+ years in sorting operations and 3+ years in a similar role, with a Bachelor's degree or higher, and proficiency in English and Chinese.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Language: Proficient in Chinese and English.
• Professional Skills: Sorting operation management and on-site safety control knowledge.

Mansioni

• Build and update full sorting operation standards and end-to-end on-site safety controls.
• Develop and optimize SOPs for all sorting procedures incl. receiving, feeding, scanning, sorting, bagging and dispatching.
• Implement safety rules for equipment operation, cargo handling, electrical & fire safety, and working environment.
