JD Logistics is expanding its core operations in Italy. The role leads daily sorting floor activities, directing teams and coordinating with dispatch to ensure efficient, on-time outbound movement of parcels across automated systems.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in high-volume environments, strong experience with warehouse management systems, and fluency in English and Italian. A fast-paced, collaborative setting awaits in this greenfield deployment.

Competenze

• Must have verified background as a team leader, line coordinator, or senior supervisor in high-volume parcel sortation or cross-dock hubs.
• Experience leading fast-paced industrial teams (30+ workers).
• Deep familiarity with warehouse management systems and automated sorting lines.
• Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead daily sorting floor shift operations to ensure on-time, error-free package sorting.
• Monitor hourly throughput and manage deviations to hit capacity targets.
• Oversee frontline labor, safety, and shift handovers with high morale and zero accidents.
• Coordinate with transport dispatchers to ensure sorted packages are prepared for outbound trailers.
