JD Logistics in Italy is seeking an energetic frontline operational leader to manage outbound shift operations on the warehouse floor, focusing on picking, packing, wall-sorting, and staging to ensure orders are processed with speed and accuracy.

You will directly supervise 50+ operators, drive hourly throughput, uphold flawless safety standards, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate global capabilities into local execution during a greenfield rollout.

Competenze

• Experience leading large teams in high-volume fulfillment centers.
• Strong floor leadership and safety culture.
• Fluent in English and Italian; Mandarin helpful.
• Able to work across shifts including nights and weekends.

Mansioni

• Lead outbound shift operations including picking, packing and staging.
• Monitor throughput, resolve bottlenecks, and enforce safety.
• Coordinate labor and shift handovers across 50+ operators.
• Ensure on-time sorting and loading ahead of departure windows.
