JD Logistics is establishing its core infrastructure in Italy, seeking an energetic outbound logistics leader to design and oversee the daily dispatch, route allocation, and vehicle deployment for large-item distribution.

You will lead a dispatch team on the outbound floor, coordinate with internal fleet (1PL) and external carriers (3PL), and drive on-time delivery while safeguarding cargo and ensuring compliance during a greenfield launch in Milan.

Competenze

• Greenfield launch leadership in outbound transport or dispatch.
• Experience with bulky goods distribution and heavy freight.
• Fluent in English and Italian; Mandarin a plus.

Mansioni

• Design and implement daily loading, route allocation, and vehicle dispatch for large-item distribution prior to site launch.
• Maintain high On-Time Delivery (OTD) and minimize delivery failures by real-time monitoring of routes and carrier performance.
• Optimize vehicle utilization, driver handovers, and reduce empty miles on the outbound network.
• Enforce outbound checking, transport documentation compliance, and efficient handling of exceptions or returns.
