JD Logistics is expanding its core operations in Italy. We seek an organized, process-driven frontline supervisor to lead returns processing, item inspection, and grading on the warehouse floor, ensuring rapid inventory flow and high value recovery.

You will oversee shifts, enforce quality matrices, safety protocols, and precise disposition of returned items, while coordinating with cross-functional teams for efficient local execution.

Competenze

• Proven leadership of industrial teams (20+ workers) in a high-volume reverse logistics center.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, data logging, RF scanning.
• Fluent in English and Italian; Mandarin is a plus.
• Flexible with shift structures and post-peak cycles.

Mansioni

• Lead daily reverse shift operations, returns intake, inspection, grading, and system registration.
• Monitor throughput, enforce safety, and ensure organized, efficient floor operations.
• Maintain a clutter-free reverse logistics area and precise disposition.
