Saj Electric in Italy seeks a technically skilled professional to provide pre-sales and after-sales support for solar PV, inverters and energy storage systems. You will configure systems, troubleshoot installations and help customers across Italy and Europe.

The role requires a degree in a technical field, hands-on experience in renewables, strong problem-solving, fluent Italian and good English, and willingness to travel as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (EE/Electronics/renewables).
• Experience in solar PV, inverter, battery energy storage or renewable systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of PV systems, inverters, batteries and commissioning.
• Experience in technical support, field service or pre-sales engineering preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable communicating with installers, distributors, EPCs and professionals.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally Europe.
• Fluent Italian and good English; Chinese language skills preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-sales technical support to Sales Managers, distributors, installers, EPCs and key customers.
• Deliver after-sales technical support, troubleshooting installation, commissioning, software and product-related issues.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers through meetings and visits.
• Support new product launches, training, webinars, workshops and customer events in the Italian market.
• Collect and communicate customer requirements and feedback to Product and R&D teams.
• Support local product testing and validation, including firmware and system integration testing.
• Maintain and localise technical documentation such as manuals and troubleshooting guides.
• Work with Sales, Product, Service and R&D to resolve customer and product issues.
