SAJ Electric is seeking an experienced technical specialist to support customers across Italy in solar energy solutions. The role combines pre-sales guidance with hands-on after-sales support, focusing on system configuration, troubleshooting and integration.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product and RD teams, travel to sites in Italy, and help localize manuals and training materials to meet the needs of installers and EPCs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Automation or a related technical field.
• Experience in solar PV, inverter, battery energy storage or renewable energy systems is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; able to communicate with installers and customers.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally within Europe.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-sales technical support to Sales Managers, distributors, installers, EPCs and key customers.
• Deliver after-sales technical support, troubleshooting installation, commissioning, software and product-related issues.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers through regular meetings, visits and project support.
• Support new product launches, technical training, webinars, workshops and customer events in the Italian market.
• Collect and communicate customer requirements, market feedback and recurring technical issues to Product and RD teams.
• Support local product testing and validation, including firmware, software, compatibility and system integration testing.
• Maintain and localise technical documentation such as manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides and training materials.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Service and RD teams to ensure timely resolution of customer and product issues.
