Saj Electric is seeking a capable pre-sales and after-sales technical support specialist in Italy. You will assist Sales Managers, distributors, installers and EPCs with product selection, configuration and technical solutions, while also troubleshooting installations and software issues.

You will build strong relationships with key customers, support product launches, and relay market feedback to Product and R&D teams to improve offerings. Travel within Italy and Europe is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Automation or related field.
• Experience in solar PV, inverter, battery energy storage or renewable energy systems preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-service focus.
• Ability to travel within Italy and occasionally Europe.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-sales technical support to Sales Managers, distributors, installers, EPCs and key customers.
• Deliver after-sales technical support, troubleshooting installation, commissioning, and software issues.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers through meetings and visits.
• Support new product launches, trainings, webinars, and customer events in the Italian market.
• Collect customer requirements and feedback for Product and R&D teams.
• Support local product testing, firmware, software, and system integration testing.
• Maintain and localise manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides and training materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Service and R&D to resolve issues promptly.
