Saj Electric is seeking a skilled pre-sales and after-sales technical support engineer in Italy to assist Sales Managers, distributors, installers, and EPCs with product selection, system configuration and technical solutions.

The role involves troubleshooting, training, and close collaboration with Product, Service and R&D teams to resolve customer and product issues across the Italian market.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (Electrical/Electronics/Renewable Energy/Automation).
• Experience in solar PV, inverter, storage, or renewable energy systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of PV systems, inverters and batteries.
• Background in technical support, field service, or pre-sales engineering preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Italian and good English required; other languages welcome.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-sales technical support to Sales Managers, distributors, installers, EPCs and key customers, including product selection, system configuration and technical solutions.
• Deliver after-sales technical support, troubleshooting installation, commissioning, communication, software and product-related issues.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers through regular meetings, visits and project support.
• Support new product launches, technical training, webinars, workshops and customer events in the Italian market.
• Collect and communicate customer requirements, market feedback and recurring technical issues to Product and R&D teams.
• Support local product testing and validation, including firmware, software, compatibility and system integration testing.
• Maintain and localise technical documentation such as manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides and training materials.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Service and R&D teams to ensure timely resolution of customer and product issues.
