NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking an experienced SAP SCM and Logistics Consultant to support a large SAP S/4HANA environment. You will manage interface monitoring, classification of errors and coordination across SAP product teams, integration and IT service management teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role blends supply chain knowledge with technical monitoring, requiring collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve complex integration issues and drive

Competenze

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and logistics processes (MM, SD, EWM).
• Strong understanding of SAP interfaces and integration concepts.
• Experience with interface monitoring, troubleshooting and incident management.
• Ability to analyze technical symptoms and business impact for users or teams.
• Experience in complex SAP landscapes and AS/AMS or support environments.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and cross-functional work experience.
• German language at least B2 and good English.

We are looking for an experienced SAP SCM and Logistics Consultant with a strong understanding of SAP interfaces, application monitoring and incident management to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA environment.
The role combines supply chain process knowledge, interface monitoring and cross-functional coordination. You will work with business stakeholders, SAP Product Teams, application owners and technical teams to ensure that integration errors between SAP S/4HANA and connected systems are identified, classified and routed through the appropriate support processes.
What You Will Be Doing

• Partner with SAP Product Teams and owners of connected or satellite applications to identify, analyze and catalogue interface errors.
• Analyze integration issues and distinguish technical errors that require IT support from business or user-related errors that require action from end users.
• Determine the relevant business context for each error, including material, document number, organizational unit and other process-specific information.
• Define and maintain troubleshooting instructions, error catalogues and clear user guidance for business-related errors.
• Translate monitoring needs into requirements for automated incident or ticket creation and end-user notifications.
• Coordinate implementation with the technical teams responsible for integration, monitoring, automation and IT service management.
• Follow up on delivery, resolve cross-team dependencies and ensure that agreed monitoring scenarios are implemented end to end.
• Test monitoring, ticketing and notification scenarios and validate the results with business and technical stakeholders.
• Prepare operational documentation and support communication, enablement and training activities for end users.
• Independently drive topics across business, SAP application, integration and technical support teams.

What You Will Bring Along

• Professional experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Supply Chain or Logistics processes, such as MM, SD, EWM or closely related areas.
• A practical understanding of end-to-end logistics processes and the business objects exchanged between SAP and connected systems.
• Good knowledge of SAP interfaces and integration concepts, including how SAP applications interact with external or satellite systems.
• Experience with interface or application monitoring, troubleshooting and incident or error management.
• The ability to analyze technical symptoms while also identifying the business impact and the action required from users or support teams.
• Experience in complex SAP application landscapes, ideally within an Application Management Services or support environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, with the confidence to work across functional and technical teams.
• A structured, ownership-driven approach and the ability to move topics forward independently.
• Experience with testing, documentation and clear communication to end users.
• German language skills at B2 level or above and a good command of English.
• SAP EWM experience, particularly integration between SAP S/4HANA and EWM.
• Exposure to SAP Integration Suite or Cloud Integration, formerly CPI, or SAP PI and PO.
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as IDoc, RFC, qRFC and APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a comparable IT service management platform.
• Exposure to Kinaxis or Blue Yonder Transportation Management.
• Experience with automated monitoring platforms such as ignio.
