Job summary

NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking an experienced SAP SCM and Logistics Consultant to support a large SAP S/4HANA environment. You will manage interface monitoring, classification of errors and coordination across SAP product teams, integration and IT service management teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and logistics processes (MM, SD, EWM).
• Strong understanding of SAP interfaces and integration concepts.
• Experience with interface monitoring, troubleshooting and incident management.
• Ability to analyze technical symptoms and business impact for users or teams.
• Experience in complex SAP landscapes and AS/AMS or support environments.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and cross-functional work experience.
• German language at least B2 and good English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SAP teams to identify, analyze and catalog interface errors.
• Analyze integration issues and differentiate IT vs user-related causes.
• Define business context for errors (materials, documents, org units).
• Create troubleshooting instructions and user guidance for errors.
• Translate monitoring needs into automated incident or notification workflows.
• Coordinate with integration, monitoring, automation and IT service teams.
• Follow up on delivery, manage cross-team dependencies, ensure end-to-end monitoring.
• Test monitoring, ticketing and notification scenarios and validate with stakeholders.
• Prepare operational documentation and end-user enablement materials.
• Drive topics across business, SAP, integration and technical support teams independently.
