NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to join our team. Lead workshops, translate requirements into scalable configurations for Compensation and Time Tracking, and ensure integration with Employee Central and related modules.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR, IT, Payroll, and Benefit domains, stay current with releases, and contribute to design decisions, testing, and go-live activities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience, including solution design and configuration responsibilities.
• Demonstrable configuration and delivery experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Time Tracking.

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Time Tracking Senior Consultant to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead requirements and solution-design workshops for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Time Tracking implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Translate compensation, time, attendance, and payroll requirements into scalable SuccessFactors configurations aligned with global templates and local business needs.
• Configure Compensation plan templates, worksheets, route maps, eligibility rules, guidelines, budgets, permissions, compensation statements, and approval processes.
• Support compensation-cycle preparation and execution, including data validation, worksheet launch, monitoring, troubleshooting, and cycle closure.
• Configure Time Tracking components such as time profiles, time recording profiles, time types, time type groups, work schedules, approvals, alerts, and validation rules.
• Design and test time valuations for overtime, premium pay, allowances, breaks, cross-midnight scenarios, and other policy-driven calculations.
• Ensure effective integration with Employee Central and relevant solutions such as Performance & Goals, Variable Pay, Time Off, Employee Central Payroll, SAP ERP HCM, SAP S/4HANA HCM, or external payroll systems.
• Work closely with integration teams on time-data replication, interfaces, APIs, and error monitoring across the target system landscape.
• Plan and execute configuration testing and support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration workbooks, test evidence, operational documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Proactively communicate dependencies, risks, design decisions, and improvement opportunities to project leads and business stakeholders.
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors release updates and assess their impact on active solutions and customer processes.

What You’ll Bring Along

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience, including solution design and system configuration responsibilities.
• Demonstrable configuration and delivery experience in both SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking.
• At least one end‑to‑end implementation in one of the two areas and implementation or rollout experience in the other.
• Strong practical knowledge of Compensation plan templates, worksheets, guidelines, budgets, eligibility, route maps, permissions, and compensation statements.
• Strong practical knowledge of Time Tracking configuration, including time‑recording scenarios, time valuations, approvals, and payroll‑relevant time data.
• Solid understanding of Employee Central data structures and the dependencies between employee data, compensation, time management, and payroll processes.
• Experience with business rules, workflows, Role‑Based Permissions, imports, testing, defect management, and production support.
• Experience working with international and cross‑functional teams across HR, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, IT, and integration workstreams.
• Ability to distinguish standard functionality from extension or integration needs and to explain solution trade‑offs clearly.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Compensation, Time Management/Time Tracking, or Employee Central would be an advantage.
• Experience with Variable Pay, Performance & Goals, Time Off, Integration Center, OData APIs, SAP Cloud Integration, or SAP payroll solutions would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills, with a hands‑on and ownership‑oriented approach.
• Advanced written and spoken English; German language skills would be an advantage where required by the project.
