Job summary

NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking an experienced SAP SCM and Logistics Consultant to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA environment. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP Product Teams and technical staff to ensure seamless integration and incident management across connected systems.

The role requires deep knowledge of SAP SCM/Logistics, end-to-end processes, and strong monitoring skills, with German at least B2 and solid English proficiency.

Qualifications

• .Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SCM/Logistics processes such as MM, SD, EWM.
• .Knowledge of SAP interfaces and integration concepts with external systems.
• .Experience with interface monitoring, troubleshooting and incident management.
• .Strong stakeholder management and coordination across teams.
• .Ability to translate technical symptoms into business impact and actions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SAP Product Teams to identify, analyze and catalogue interface errors.
• Analyze integration issues and distinguish technical vs business errors requiring action.
• Define business context for errors (material, document, org unit).
• Maintain troubleshooting instructions and clear user guidance for business errors.
• Translate monitoring needs into automated incident and notification requirements.
• Coordinate implementation with integration, monitoring and ITSM teams.
• Follow up on delivery, resolve cross-team dependencies, ensure end-to-end monitoring.
• Test monitoring, ticketing and notification scenarios with stakeholders.
• Prepare operational docs, enablement and training for end users.
• Independently drive topics across business, SAP, integration and support teams.
