Costa Crociere S.p.A. is seeking a Land Experience Sales professional to guide guests ashore, promoting shore excursions and packages with a consultative approach.

You will build trust, nurture relationships and translate guest needs into memorable experiences that boost commercial success. This fixed‑term, full‑time onboard role offers meals and accommodation, international travel exposure, and performance rewards.

Qualifications

• Secondary school education in tourism, languages or related fields.
• Some experience in direct sales.
• Sales mindset with confidence in promoting products or services.
• Fluent English and at least two additional languages (Italian, French, German, Spanish) at high proficiency.
• Customer‑focused and relationship‑driven, with a natural ability to build trust and create memorable experiences.
• Results‑oriented and resilient, motivated to achieve ambitious goals.
• Authentic communicator and storyteller, able to inspire and engage with energy and empathy.
• Curious, positive and collaborative, comfortable working across departments with a proactive attitude.

• Be the trusted reference for guests, helping them choose experiences that suit them best.
• Build meaningful relationships and create memorable moments throughout the guest journey.
• Proactively resolve issues to ensure a smooth ashore experience.
• Promote shore excursions and packages using a consultative approach to maximize conversion and revenue.
• Contribute to achieving department targets and commercial objectives.
• Support excursion operations to ensure service delivery and quality.
• Track sales performance and support reporting and decision‑making with onboard teams.
