Nordson Precision Agriculture in Rubiera, Italy, seeks a Time and Methods Supervisor to optimize production standards, methods, and processes. You will lead the Time & Methods function, analysing data on the shop floor and delivering productivity improvements across the organization.

You will guide two experienced team members, collaborate with Manufacturing stakeholders, and drive data-driven decisions with a practical mindset and Lean principles.

Formación

• Proven professional experience in Time & Methods or time studies within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience leading a team or department, with approximately three to five years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with significant amounts of operational and economic data.
• Practical project-management capability, including setting realistic objectives, coordinating stakeholders and driving projects forward.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Time & Methods department and develop two experienced team members.
• Define, maintain and improve production standards for cycles and new products.
• Conduct time studies and analyze work methods on the shop floor.
• Identify improvement opportunities and validate them through data-driven analysis.
• Plan and manage productivity and operational improvement projects with Manufacturing stakeholders.
• Develop economic rationale for improvement projects, including labour-hour savings and ROI.
