Rockwell Automation in Italy is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate daily assembly and testing activities, lead shopfloor teams, and ensure production plans are met with safety and quality standards.

The role focuses on developing the production team, monitoring performance, and driving Lean initiatives, with on-site work and collaboration with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in assembly or production line operations.
• Experience in people management and developing teams on the shopfloor.
• Ability to manage team dynamics, provide feedback, and resolve conflicts.
• Basic knowledge of production measurements (efficiency, productivity, output).
• Familiarity with SAP and Excel tools.
• Intermediate English (written and spoken).
