Silversea is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead shipboard pastry and bakery production across all meals and events, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. You will create showpieces for buffets, coordinate demonstrations, and adapt to dietary restrictions with advanced baking skills.

Reporting to senior culinary leadership, you will supervise confectioners and assistant pastry chefs, maintain sanitation standards, and drive cost-control while upholding Silversea’s luxury service

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years of pastry leadership experience in a 5-star international hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of international pastry and baking techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and trends in pastry arts.

Mansioni

• Manage pastry and bakery production for all meals and events.
• Prepare showpieces for buffets and show plates, coordinate pastry demos.
• Accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies with advanced baking skills.
