Amazon is hiring an Area/Shift Manager in Alessandria, Italy to lead a large, diverse team across shifts and ensure safe, productive operations. You will monitor performance, implement improvements, and collaborate with other managers to standardise processes in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You'll spend your days on-site, focusing on safety, team development, and meeting customer demand while using data to drive decisions and coordinate with engineers and colleagues across functions.

Competenze

• Completed University degree before the start date OR graduated within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
