Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large and diverse team and ensure your area keeps pace with demand.

This hands-on role offers exposure to global operations and the chance to drive productivity while collaborating with colleagues to solve challenges. You will monitor safety, quality, and efficiency, analyze performance data, implement improvements, and contribute to cross-functional shift standardisation across sites.

Competenze

• Completed University degree before the start date or graduated within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
• Relevant experience in data analysis and performance metrics
