Generali is seeking a Service Asset Configuration Manager to join the Quality Management and Tools Configuration Unit in GOSP. You will govern the CMS and CMDB, ensuring IT assets and configuration items are accurately identified, controlled and maintained throughout their lifecycles.

The role focuses on ServiceNow implementation, CMS housekeeping, data quality, dashboarding, and integrations with other tools, with opportunities to collaborate in an international team.

Competenze

• ITIL SACM and/or ITIL 4 SCM expertise required.
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM experience and ServiceNow Admin Fundamentals.
• Experience with Discovery and Service Mapping and dashboards.

Mansioni

• Requirement analysis and solution design on ServiceNow.
• CMS/CMDB maintenance and improvement.
