Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to drive growth of our service business in Northern Italy, based in Milan (Cologno Monzese). The role combines technical understanding with strategic account leadership to expand service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

You will plan sales activities, work with cross-functional teams, and leverage our quoting tools and discount strategy to propose compelling service solutions while traveling across the territory to build long-term

Competenze

• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Strong direct selling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence other departments within Leybold.
• Strong commercial skills and risk awareness.
• Excellent Italian language; good English.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the territory.

Mansioni

• Plan and prioritize service sales activities to meet targets.
• Collaborate with the aftermarket team for after-sales service.
• Analyze market trends and report pricing and competition.
• Prepare service offerings and quote using discount strategies.
• Maintain CRM with visits, opportunities, quotations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maximize relationships.
