Job summary

Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives is recruiting a Service Sales Engineer End User to grow our service business in Italy. You will develop opportunities, nurture end-customer relationships, and translate technical needs into compelling service solutions.

You will own the installed base lifecycle, including maintenance planning and upgrades. Based in Italy, you will collaborate with sales teams, DrivePro partners and the Global Aftermarket Services team to enhance service offerings, manage

Qualifications

Solid background in technical sales or related role within industrial environment.
Strong commercial mindset to identify needs and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to conversion.
Ability to build long-term relationships with end customers and stakeholders.
Good technical understanding to translate customer needs into service solutions.
Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a strong pipeline of service sales opportunities across existing and potential end customers.
Drive the sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through opportunity development, customer engagement and order conversion.
Build and strengthen long-term relationships with end customers and key stakeholders, creating demand for Danfoss service solutions.
Collaborate with sales teams, service experts and DrivePro partners to understand customer needs and develop relevant service solutions, including maintenance requirements, planning and budgeting.
Support business growth initiatives through targeted marketing activities and the continuous development of service sales processes and portfolio.
