Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Service Sales Engineer End User in Italy to grow the service business by developing opportunities and strengthening relationships with end customers. You will focus on the installed base and support drives lifecycle needs, including maintenance, upgrades, and end-of-life replacements.

You will work with Sales, Service experts and DrivePro partners across Italy and collaborate with the Global Aftermarket Services team to combine local engagement with international perspective.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical or service sales in industrial/technical environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify customer needs and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to conversion.
• Proven ability to build long-term relationships with end customers and stakeholders.
• Good technical understanding and ability to translate needs into service solutions.
• Fluency in Italian and English with a collaborative, results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of service sales opportunities across end customers.
• Drive the sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through opportunity development, customer engagement and order conversion.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with end customers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales teams, service experts and DrivePro partners to develop service solutions based on customer needs.
• Support business growth through targeted marketing activities and development of service sales processes and portfolio.
