Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Italy seeks a Service Project Manager to support service projects and site activities in the Lodi area. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, customers and subcontractors, ensuring documentation, HSE compliance and project lifecycle adherence.

The role targets candidates with early PM, site coordination or HSE experience who want to grow in an international environment. Strong Italian and English required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical education.
• 2-4 years in project coordination, PM, site management or HSE.
• Experience preparing site documentation and safety documentation.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of service projects, ensuring activities meet contractual requirements, quality standards, budget and schedule.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, reports and project plans.
• Coordinate project activities with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers.
• Support project financial follow-up, invoicing activities and cost monitoring.
• Contribute to risk identification and mitigation throughout project execution.
• Prepare, collect and maintain site documentation required before mobilization and during project execution.
• Support the management of HSE requirements related to site activities, ensuring compliance with company procedures and customer specifications.
• Coordinate safety documentation for employees and subcontractors working on site.
• Participate in site meetings and support the implementation of health, safety and environmental initiatives.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company HSE policies and applicable regulations.
• Support project close-out activities, lessons learned, and final customer acceptance.
