Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Service Project Manager to lead small, low-complexity projects and ensure they align with company procedures, contracts, and HSE requirements. The role focuses on schedule, cost, and quality targets, with frequent coordination across internal teams and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, fluent English and Italian, and strong communication skills. PMI/PMP is a plus, SAP knowledge is beneficial, and 2–3 years of project management experience

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required or equivalent.
• Fluent English and Italian.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• PMI/PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of small projects with low complexity.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Monitor progress, resources, and project financials including invoicing and cash flow.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for procurement and changes.
• Act as main customer contact and escalation point for project issues.
