Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Lodi is seeking a Service Project Manager to support execution of service projects and site activities.

You will work with cross-functional teams, customers and subcontractors to coordinate project activities, site documentation, and HSE requirements throughout the lifecycle, developing your project management skills in an international environment. This role welcomes professionals with early experience in project management, site coordination, or HSE activities who want

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical education.
• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, site management, service operations, or HSE activities.
• Experience preparing site documentation, permits, safety documentation, or coordinating field activities is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment regulations in industrial/service/construction environments.
• Willingness to develop further in project management.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of service projects, ensuring delivery per contract, quality, budget and schedule.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports and plans.
• Coordinate project activities with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers.
• Support project financial follow-up, invoicing activities and cost monitoring.
• Contribute to risk identification and mitigation during project execution.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation before mobilization and during execution.
• Support management of HSE requirements on site and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate safety documentation for employees and subcontractors on site.
• Participate in site meetings and support health, safety and environmental initiatives.
