Hitachi Energy Italy S.P.A. is seeking an Associate Service Project Manager in Lodi to lead project execution, ensure compliance with contracts and safety standards, and drive financial performance.

You will collaborate with controls, supply chain and customer teams to deliver on time and within budget. The role requires an engineering degree and 2-4 years in project management, with fluency in English and Italian and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Competenze

• Engineering degree
• 2-4 years of project management experience
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian
• Good problem solving and communication skills
• PMI/PMP certification is a plus
• SAP knowledge is a plus

Mansioni

• Define project plans with the Project Controls department, including scope, financials, schedule and risk management.
• Monitor and control project progress, resources, and performance against plan.
• Oversee invoicing, cost control, expenses and cash flow for the project.
• Identify, quantify and manage risks and opportunities.
• Capture and share lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive formal project close-out and contract acceptance with the customer.
