Alpitronic is seeking a customer-focused professional in Bolzano to prepare customized offers and handle orders independently. You will provide sales support and manage customer inquiries, ensuring accurate ERP entry and ongoing relationship development.

Success requires strong organizational skills, independence, analytic thinking, and proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in English, German, and Italian is advantageous in this role.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of customized offers and independent processing of customer orders
• Professional support for our customers regarding sales-related and organizational inquiries
• Accurate entry and maintenance of customer orders in our ERP system
• Active maintenance and development of long-term customer relationships
• Monitoring of delivery deadlines and initiation of appropriate measures to ensure on-time delivery

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
