Alpitronic in Bolzano is seeking a Salesforce & Service System Specialist to translate service needs into functional and technical requirements, and to own strategic initiatives across Salesforce and connected systems. You will map processes, drive automation with IT and partners, coordinate data flows, and ensure scalable solutions aligned with future service architectures.

Competenze

• Degree or related field required.

Your Responsabilities

• Translate service and process needs into clear functional and technical solution requirements
• Own and coordinate strategic initiatives related to Salesforce and connected service systems

• Drive Salesforce capabilities with Service, IT and external partners, including flows and automations
• Coordinate integrations, data flows and dependencies across the service system landscape
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with future service processes and architecture

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or similar
• Previous professional experience with enterprise applications, with focus on process improvement
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data models, workflow automation and integrations capabilities
• Experience with translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements
• Good understanding of APIs, system interfaces and data flows in enterprise environments
• High analytical skills, structured work ethic and good communication skills
• Very strong prioritization and organizational skills as well as managing multiple projects in parallel
• Excellent communication skills in English, Italian and German is a plus
