Alpitronic in Bolzano is seeking a motivated professional to support configuration, customization, and documentation of business applications (ERP, CRM, BI, ECM, MES). You will assist in integrating interfaces, managing automated workflows, and participating in UAT under senior guidance.

The role offers exposure to REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and AI-assisted development, with a focus on hybrid/agile project environments and multilingual collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Software Engineering.
• Basic understanding of application integration concepts; exposure to APIs or scripting is a plus.
• Foundational SQL knowledge for querying and analyzing data.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, MES, BI, or ECM domain areas.
• Experience in agile/hybrid environments; familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Interest in AI-assisted development, automation tools, or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of English, German and/or Italian.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the configuration, customization, and documentation of business applications (ERP, CRM, BI, ECM, MES) under guidance of senior engineers and Business Analysts
• Assist in the development and maintenance of integration interfaces and automated workflows; gain hands‑on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and AI‑assisted tools
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT): prepare test cases, manage test environments, document results, and elevate technical issues
• Analyze and diagnose application incidents; support root cause analysis and implement corrective measures with team guidance
• Contribute to application lifecycle activities such as release planning, patch management, and regression testing under senior supervision
• Create and maintain technical documentation (configuration guides, runbooks, interface notes) in line with internal standards

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or Software Engineering
• Basic understanding of application integration concepts; exposure to APIs or scripting in any language is a plus
• Foundational SQL knowledge for querying and analyzing data
• Familiarity with at least one application domain (ERP, CRM, MES, BI, or ECM) – via coursework, personal projects, or work experience
• Experience in agile/hybrid project environments (Scrum, Kanban); tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Interest in AI‑assisted development, automation tools, or low‑code/no‑code platforms
• Excellent knowledge of English, German and/or Italian

• Total compensation starting from € 38.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement
