Job summary

Barco in Seoul, Korea is seeking a Field Service Engineer responsible for planning and carrying out on-site installations of Barco products. You will review site specs, prepare tools, and ensure delivery and installation meet customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.

You will provide technical support and training to dealers and customers, perform on-site service, and maintain CRM logs while traveling domestically and internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to safely lift and handle heavy equipment and perform physical tasks on-site.
• Proficient in reading and writing English; improvement of oral English expected.

Responsibilities

• Review site specifications and conditions before installation; develop installation plan.
• Provide technical support and training to dealers and customers.
• Perform on-site service, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Log information in CRM and maintain customer relations.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
