Job summary

TMC is seeking a skilled broadcast systems specialist to support clients, technical teams, Pre-Sales and Project Managers. You will install, configure, test and maintain hardware and software for video distribution platforms via CDN, satellite and digital terrestrial networks.

You will design video solutions, provide technical consulting on digital television systems, collaborate with international suppliers, and participate in meetings to refine needs and define solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support clients, technical specialists, Pre-Sales, and Project Managers in managing activities and reporting on performed interventions.
• Contribute to the design of video solutions and architectures for new and existing customers, providing technical consulting on digital television systems and content distribution.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain broadcast systems, hardware components, software, and accessory equipment.
• Diagnose anomalies and provide technical support for video systems, progressively entering the on-call service once full operational autonomy is achieved.
• Collaborate with international suppliers, participating in online courses and seminars to deepen knowledge of portfolio technologies and solutions.
• Participate in technical meetings with prospects, clients, and partners, contributing to needs analysis and solution definition.
