Job summary

Ersilia is seeking a seasoned SEO professional to join the product team in Milan. You will own SEO, GEO and AEO strategies, shaping both technical roadmaps and content priorities, and working closely with Product, Engineering, Content and Communications.

You will define opportunities, own prioritisation, and contribute to AI-driven search approaches while partnering with developers to optimise crawlability and on-page structure.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on SEO experience in-house, agency or consultant.
• Strong technical SEO: site architecture, Core Web Vitals, redirects, crawl management.
• Proficient with GSC, GA4 and SEO tools (Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Ability to blend technical SEO with data and content strategy.
• Proactive with prioritisation and roadmap input; strong Italian and good English.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and on-page SEO, prioritising opportunities.
• Define and maintain structured data and JSON-LD; influence architecture.
• Develop GEO/AEO approach; monitor AI-powered visibility and traffic.
• Build keyword strategies and content briefs for the content team.
• Collaborate with developers on redirects, crawlability, crawl budget, robots.txt.
• Analyse rankings and traffic; translate data into clear recommendations.
• Stay ahead of SEO/ GEO trends; contribute toProduct roadmap.
