Pillar is an Italian startup building an all-in-one platform for construction sites, currently scaling fast across Europe. We’re seeking an experienced SEO professional to own the organic growth engine and help us become a trusted industry resource.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable organic growth.
Strong technical SEO knowledge including crawling, indexing and Core Web Vitals.
Experience developing content strategies, topic clusters, editorial briefs and calendars.

Responsibilities

Lead keyword and search-intent research, site architecture, content planning and internal linking to drive demos.
Optimize content for AI-powered search experiences and improve visibility with reliable data and FAQs.
Build scalable landing pages and interactive resources to attract organic traffic and answer customer questions.
Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure technical SEO health, rendering and Core Web Vitals.
Turn traffic into qualified opportunities by optimizing CTAs and conversion paths.
