Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for activation and technical support of fiscal cash register solutions, including integration where applicable with dealer networks.
• Oversee network delivery activities focusing on fiscal compliance and issue resolution across customers and sales channels.
• Coordinate installation and support processes ensuring regulatory, configuration, and operational alignment; provide training on registers and store software.
• Ensure high training performance for end customers during service activation and maintenance.
