Diebold Nixdorf is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to join our Italy Service organization. The role bridges service operations, financial performance, and continuous improvement, reporting to the Country Service Manager. You will help ensure data accuracy and deliver insights that drive smarter decisions.

The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the Milan office, contributing to performance monitoring and profitability analysis across the service portfolio.

We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Analyst to support our Service organization in Italy by connecting business operations, financial performance and continuous improvement.

Directly reporting to the Country Service Manager, this role acts as a bridge between Service and Finance in alignment with Sales Operations and Continuous Improvement initiatives and with Service Europe guidance, ensuring that operational and financial data are accurate, up to date, and translated into meaningful insights that support effective decision-making.

The successful candidate will play an important role in monitoring business performance, analysing customer profitability, supporting financial planning and forecasting, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business results, in alignment with Service Europe guidance.

The role is hybrid, and it requires 3 days per week working from the office in Milan.
