NCR VOYIX Corporation is seeking a Customer Engineer for the Lombardy region. You will repair, maintain, and install NCR Voyix equipment, ensuring service continuity and high customer satisfaction across workstations, peripherals, printers, and POS systems.

The role requires a technical diploma, knowledge of Windows/Linux/Unix, Ghost imaging, and willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Immediate start preferred.

Competenze

• Technical high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Aptitude for working on both mechanical and electrical components.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, overtime, shifts, and on-call duty.

Mansioni

• Repair, maintenance, and installation of NCR Voyix equipment in Lombardy.
• Resolve service issues until customers are satisfied and SLAs are met.
• Work with workstations, peripherals, printers, POS systems, and self-checkout units.
