The role requires a technical diploma, knowledge of Windows/Linux/Unix, Ghost imaging, and willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Immediate start preferred.

You will be responsible for resolving service issues until the situation is settled to the customer's satisfaction and/or in compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Work will be performed on all equipment supplied by NCR Voyix, specifically workstations and peripherals, printers, front-end POS systems, and self-checkout units.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:*** Technical high school diploma or equivalent* Category B driving license* Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems* Knowledge of Ghost imaging procedures* The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision, possess strong problem-solving skills, quickly acquire new competencies, and be willing to work flexible hours—including nights, weekends, overtime, shifts, and on-call duty (up to a maximum of 16 on-call periods per year).* Aptitude for working on both mechanical and electrical components, as well as experience with computer hardware maintenance (desktops, servers, peripherals) and software-related tasks, is required.* Knowledge of the local area* Ability to work towards objectives and meet deadlines* Ability to adhere to schedules* Proactive attitude* Availability to start immediately or within a maximum of 30 days**Minimum Annual Base Salary:** 27.000,00€ GrossCollective Agreement: CCNL Terziario Distribuzione Servizi (cod.
