Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Head of People based in Italy to lead a modern HR function for a fast-growing, fully remote international business. You will guide end-to-end HR, talent acquisition, development, and inclusion across 15+ countries, balancing consistent policies with local culture.

You will leverage AI and technology to streamline HR services, advising employees, managers, and leadership while ensuring compliant practices and scalable onboarding, particularly through acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HRBP or equivalent roles, ideally remote or hybrid international setups.
• Experience guiding scalable HR processes and culture-building in fast growth.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and distributed workforce experiences.
• Handling international employment matters across multiple markets.
• Familiar with employer-of-record arrangements and acquisitions support.
• Proven ability to design compliant policies across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People agenda and advise employees, managers, and leadership.
• Build a scalable, technology-enabled generalist HR service using AI.
• Improve recruitment for creative and creator-economy talent worldwide.
• Partner on succession planning, development, and high-potential programs.
• Design culture initiatives to unite distributed teams and improve retention.
• Develop onboarding, performance, rewards, and learning processes.
• Ensure compliant HR practices across countries and acquisitions.
• Oversee HRIS and contractor management across global operations.
