Job summary

Topcon Positioning Group is seeking a hands-on Senior System Test Engineer to join our Concordia sulla Secchia testing facility in Italy. You will validate advanced Construction and Machine Control solutions in real field environments, working with global teams across engineering, product, software, and hardware.

You will lead bench, lab, and outdoor testing, investigate issues, and deliver clear verification reports while mentoring junior QA staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA, system testing, software testing, engineering, surveying, or another technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead system testing for Topcon Construction and Machine Control products.
• Plan and perform bench, lab, and outdoor field testing on machines and equipment.
• Investigate technical issues, reproduce customer cases, and provide clear verification reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, software, hardware, product, and support teams to improve product quality.
• Mentor QA and System Test Engineers and contribute to better testing processes.
