Topcon Positioning Group in Concordia sulla Secchia (MO) seeks a Senior System Test Engineer to validate Construction and Machine Control solutions in real field environments, collaborating with engineering, product, software, hardware, and global teams.

You will lead bench, lab, and outdoor testing, investigate issues, mentor QA staff, and help improve testing processes while contributing to smarter and more efficient construction operations in an international, inclusive workplace.

Competenze

• Experience in QA, system testing, software testing, or technical fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical testing approach.
• Interest in construction, GPS/GNSS, or 3D machine control technologies.

Mansioni

• Lead system testing for Topcon Construction and Machine Control products.
• Plan and perform bench, lab, and outdoor field testing on machines and equipment.
• Investigate technical issues, reproduce customer cases, and provide clear verification reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, software, hardware, product, and support teams to improve product quality.
• Mentor QA and System Test Engineers and contribute to better testing processes.
