Topcon Positioning Group in Concordia sulla Secchia, Modena, Italy seeks a Senior System Test Engineer to validate construction and machine control solutions across outdoor and lab environments. You will mentor a team of QA and system test engineers, drive quality across software and hardware, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams.

This role requires hands-on testing, Dozer/Grader experience preferred, travel may be required, and salary range 50k–55k EUR gross per

Competenze

• Degree in surveying/engineering/QA or related field.
• 5+ years’ industry experience in a QA engineering/test software development environment.
• Team management experience including mentoring and developing QA/Test Engineers.

Mansioni

• Build cross-functional relationships and champion teams to deliver multiple projects.
• Drive quality and compliance across Topcon’s software development/QA testing process.
