Job summary

Topcon Positioning Systems (Topcon) is looking for a Senior System Test Engineer at their facility in Concordia sulla Secchia, Modena, Italy. This position will focus on testing their complete line of Construction and Machine Control solutions.

Key responsibilities include mentoring QA engineers, ensuring compliance in testing processes, and managing quality assurance of machine control systems. A degree in Surveying/Engineering/QA is required, along with extensive industry experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ industry experience in a QA engineering test software development environment.
• Team management experience, including mentoring QA/Test Engineers.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a team of QA and System Test Engineers.
• Drive quality and compliance throughout the software development/QA testing process.
• Manage the quality assurance of complete machine control systems.
